The design of the product is such that it encourages student interactions, allows them to share a skill with the community visiting, invites their active participation in a service learning activity, helps them in understanding key issues in India's development process and gain an insight into the interdependence of the two economie - US and India.

Junior High India
This is a product offering for non US High school juniors and seniors, with a focus on building relationships on an on-going basis with high school juniors and seniors in Indian high schools. The design of the product is such that it encourages student interactions, allows them to share a skill with the community visiting, invites their active participation in a service learning activity, helps them in understanding key issues in India's development process by visiting various cities and meeting experts in the field

Some possible activities:

In Bangalore:

• meet Information Technology leaders from business corporations in Bangalore
• visit the Vidhan Soudha, Mysore Palace and Brindavan Gardens
• work on projects involving women and children in a rural or urban setting
• interact with local high school students

In Mumbai:

• meet decision makers in Finance companies, visit Mumbai Stock Exchange.
• visit the Elephanta Caves, Gateway of India and other heritage buildings.
• help in a vocational school for children on a project basis
• interact with local high school students

In New Delhi:

• meet start up entrepreneurs, talk to key executives from auto and pharmaceutical companies.
• visit the Taj Mahal (in Agra), Akshardham, Red Fort and other monuments.
