The founder of the company is Naina Lal, MBA from S P Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai, India. She has lived and worked in India till 2001 and has more than ten years of work experience in corporate India. She is a resident of Fremont, California since 2001. Her son is studying at UCLA, California USA and daughter is in high school at an international boarding school in Bangalore, India so she spends her time between Fremont and Bangalore.
